CODE OF ETHICS<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Introduction<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">This Code of Ethics (hereinafter also referred to as the \u00ab\u00a0Code of Ethics\u00a0\u00bb) is intended to establish a set of rules, compliance with which should contribute to the preservation and promotion of the values and principles on the basis of which CLOSER (hereinafter also referred to as \u00ab\u00a0the app\u00a0\u00bb) was founded.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">CLOSER is a digital platform that enables youth work in times of digitalisation by facilitating social exchange between its users and the organisation of private, public and virtual events. The aim is to create a trustworthy space, bring users into contact with each other and create social understanding with the help of the functions, information and adverts provided by CLOSER.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">The Code of Ethics applies to the creators and users of CLOSER, as well as to all other persons who interact with the app in any way or contribute to the implementation of its functions.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li4\"><b><\/b><span class=\"s1\"><b>The ethical values to be respected<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">Acceptance of the General terms and conditions of use of the app is deemed to be unconditional and unreserved acceptance of all the following rules:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">&#8211; CLOSER must be used in a spirit of trust, respect for others and solidarity;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">&#8211; Any discriminatory practice based on gender, race, religion, ethnic origin, age, sexual orientation, disability or other personal characteristics is strictly prohibited;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">&#8211; CLOSER is a place where violence, racism, xenophobia, intolerance, harassment, insults and\/or defamation are not tolerated;<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li4\">Therefore, any publication, transmission and\/or distribution of racist, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, sexual and\/or violence-glorifying content is expressly prohibited;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">&#8211; CLOSER was developed with sustainability in mind, so that the limitation of energy resources and thus the protection of the environment is a central element that must be taken into account when using, adding new functions and especially when storing data;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">&#8211; CLOSER is an ad-free app that does not commercialise the personal data of its users and whose basic version is available to users free of charge &#8211; any financial interests in connection with the operation of the app are therefore contrary to the nature of the app and are expressly prohibited;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">&#8211;
